From the first conversation to your last check-up — here's how care works, so nothing comes as a surprise.
Step 01
Consultation
We listen, examine you and go through your reports and scans. A first visit usually takes 20–30 minutes, and family members are welcome.
Step 02
Tests and a clear plan
If more information is needed, we arrange blood tests or scans. Then we explain your options in plain language — including whether you need surgery at all.
Step 03
Surgery, if needed
Most operations are done by keyhole. Before the day you'll know what to expect: the procedure, anaesthesia, hospital stay and insurance paperwork.
Step 04
Recovery at home
You go home with clear instructions on food, activity, medicines and warning signs, plus a patient guide for common operations.
Step 05
Follow-up
A check-up to review healing and any biopsy results, and to clear you for your normal routine.

- No two patients are built exactly alike. Experience helps a surgeon recognise variations and adapt during the operation.

Let's talk about gallstones — and why waiting is risky
Gallstones are hardened deposits in the gallbladder. Many people discover them on an ultrasound done for something else. The tricky part: silent stones don't always stay silent.

- Severe pain in the upper right abdomen, especially after eating
- Nausea, vomiting or jaundice (yellow skin or eyes)
- Fever with abdominal pain — this is an emergency
